io.net Partners with Injective to Enable Decentralized AI Integrations

io.net, a distributed compute network, has announced a strategic partnership with Injective, a high-speed Layer 1 blockchain for finance. Both FinTech firms have joined forces to integrate decentralized AI capabilities into blockchain technology. Additionally, the partnership aims to integrate Injective’s iAgent AI agent framework with io.net’s decentralized GPU compute platform to unlock more possibilities for developers in the space for AI and blockchain.

The iAgent SDK released on November 19, allows performing blockchain operations including payments and on-chain trading through AI with the help of large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI. The collaboration targets to equip developers with the means to train, tune, and deploy machine learning models on io.net’s distributed network of over 10,000 GPUs and CPUs.

io.net Improves Nominal Computational Efficiency

This partnership’s key objective is to find out how the Injective AI agent framework can work with the io.net GPU compute network to potentially improve the computational capabilities of developers and engineers. The partnership seeks to resolve issues that result from the GPU compute in AI applications, for instance, machine learning and cloud-based applications computing that require many processing features from io.net.

Furthermore, the collaboration will explore the possibility of io.net’s GPU price methodology and data feeds to foster the creation of other on-chain financial instruments within Injective. Such integration could generate new possibilities of decentralized applications in the financial sphere with the potential to include the application of complex AI capabilities.

Statements from Leadership Reflect Collaboration’s Vision

Tausif Ahmed, the Chief Business Development Officer at io.net, states that the cooperation focuses on making the necessary solutions available for developers worldwide. He emphasized how integrating io.net’s decentralized compute platform with Injective’s AI tools could provide a significant entry point for developers into the AI and blockchain industry.

Injective Labs’ CEO and Co-founder Eric Chen has stated that he is looking forward to the growth of AI usage in blockchain platforms. He further explained that io.net was a decentralized computing platform that could bring additional benefits to the developing sector of decentralized AI, known as DeFAI. This partnership demonstrates a further evolution of decentralized computing with blockchain technology and establishes both companies to advance AI Blockchain applications.
